My CA has 3 DBA names. When I sue I file against the Parent company or DBA or all 4? I'm confused.

    Anyone have the correct answer?

    Name them all.
Somebody here just lost a suit here because they only used one name and they lost because it was ruled they sued the wrong party.

Can you imagine the defendant section against Marlin Integrated.../NCO Group/NCO Collections Financial Services, etc... or worse, Sherman ICKS...

That may be why they do it, if you'll get writers cramp or corpal tunnel typing up the opposing party of the lawsuit, they think you won't even get to filing before you end up in the hospital... or in traction... :)

    Thanks,

I've found their corporate name and license. I'll use that and the DBA names, the 3 they use to scr*w, oh i mean...collect with.
