I've been doing my best to answer my phone. I realize that sticking my head in the sand is not working. Anyway, the following number keeps calling me 888-890-9074. Does anyone know who this is? Whenever I pick up the phone there is never anyone on the line and the phone seems dead.

Call that number and see/hear who answers it. Never mind - I just tried. THere was only a recording that business hours are Monday through FRiday. And this recording did not identify who or what they were.

I am currently in school and my student loans are deferred. My student loans are all considered current. I live in the US. Has anyone ever heard of them collecting for credit card accounts. This just seems weird.

Go on line and type the phone number in.I probaly have a better search capabilty them most computers. These guy's use a proxy server very hard to trace. However i'm able so far to trace them through 4 proxy servers 1 here 3 in canada.however you could turn them in the fcc which just passed a ban on tele markets since they don't id there self you don't know who's calling and they have to have your permission to call

Sorry to interrupt but Im a newbie and Iam trying to figure out Public Records. I recently paid for a Collection for LESS than the full amount. It was for an old Apt bill I had in 05. They sent me the paper work after payment that my CR would be adjusted but After payment I realized that its a public record for the same amount. Also the account(NOT THE PUBLIC RECORD) is showing paid collection and its listed as an open account. (1)How do I go about deleting the public record (2) And how do i update the collection account so it shows paid collection/closed
