Hi, I send a letter to validate the debt with the collection agency,and with tow weeks the send me a copies of my original creditor contract. The deal that the copies they send me they have my signature on them,but when I looked for the copies that the original creditor give me I match the copies,but the ones I have there is no signature on them with my name,the copies look the same but mind do'nt have my signature on them,and the copies the send me there is my singature on them.I am very confuse. Do you think they put my signature on those copies,and why mind don't have my singture on them? Please help what you think? Thanks
Are you sure your copy is the final executed version of the agreement? I seriously doubt they would forge your signature.
