collection e-mail on bad check

    i have receiived collection e-mail regarding electronic bad check.

    At this time you have failed to provide any form of response or payment.

    Why is that?

    We consider this matter very serious, and while we wish to rectify this matter in an amicable fashion, we will employ other measures, as needed, to resolve this issue.

    At this time we are reviewing your case to determine which additional actions may be required should you continue to refuse cooperating with our offices.

    We suggest very strongly that you contact us immediately to avoid any further activity and/or investigation into your account.

    Do not delay any further as your deadline is approaching.

    If you have already made payment arrangements or have mailed your payment please disregard this notice.

    i found this on their terms & conditions

    OCs are not bound by the FDCPA. No need for mini-miranda. Are they reporting this to CRAs? If so, are they reporting accurately? Is it within your state's SOL?
