collection question

    If you are uncomfortable with asking the questions attached to the letter, then just send the letter.
    That being said, who is the collector on your account, how old is it etc. If it is past the sol for your state, don't worry about the questions.

    LKH, how would I find out what the SOL is for my state? I live in Nevada.

    lizard did you hava a questio for me I am new with this kind of format so I am not trying to ignore anyone I am learning to use the board and all its technical stuff.

    Why add this ? It could give them a clue! Now we don't want to do that do we? Why Help them out any to meat the 30 day dead line/

    The diction and syntax used in the above Wag posts convinces me that Bill is back, using an alias! This is too funny! I'm a believer now. The conspiracy theory was indeed correct.

    30 days is not that long to be in the penalty box.
