Hey, I have a natural gas bill that is del. I get a letter from a collection agency. I dont mind paying it because I owe it. Anyway, I send a letter stating that I will send this much a month, its all I can afford right now. THe address on the CA was the OCs. I am getting a bill from both the OC and the CA. The OC is slightly more, but both have credited my account for the payment I sent. Who should I deal with?
