I have a Chapter 7 that was discharged on 7/2002. I pulled my Equifax report on 1/18/04 and all of my accounts show that they are discharged under chapter 7. I received a copy of my Equifax report dated 2/17/04 and there are 2 medical bills and 1 authorized user on my account. The authorized user is a Cap 1 card my wife has. She has never added me to the account and it shows as paid as agreed. The medical bills are from a car accident that I was in that I was making payments on until the insurance settled. One bill shows assigned on 06/03 the other bill shows assigned 10/03. There is no last activity on either account and it just shows status as of 02/2004. My question is since these bills were not on the report from 1/18/04 can I get them removed for being incorrect? How can they be assigned on 06/03 and 10/03 respectively and have not appeared until now? I have no idea what is on my other 2 reports as I was just starting the process of disputing the accounts included in chapter 7 as not mine. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Matt
