i moved out of an apt on 10/01 and never paid the 80% reletting fee ($612.00). Pulled my CR and notice TL for this. it states this was charged of in 8/03 and again in 1/04. What is the best plan of action. i am trying to get a home mortgage by 8/04.
George, thanks for the reply. i did send a validation letter in Nov 03 and they sent me back a copy of the rental agreement with my sig.
