SPEAKING OF CA SLIME, WE GOT AN EMERGENCY CALL FROM A CASHIERS SON...HE NEEDED TO TALK TO HER RIGHT AWAY...WE GOT HER TO THE PHONE IN LIKE 10 SECONDS...

THE CALL WAS A CA...they said they were refused too many times (WE DON'T ALLOW PERSONAL PHONE CALLS UNLESS YOU ARE ON BREAK OR LUNCH OR IT IS AN EMERGENCY)...

    FAKE "SON" EMERGENCY??? REAL SUB-SLIME.

She had a list of her kids made for us with their full names...

If they have an EMERGENCY they have to say this is JOHN HENRY SMITH or MARY ELLEN SMITH...

Not only slime. But guilty of:

    § 807. False or misleading representations [15 USC 1962e]

A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section:

    (10) The use of any false representation or deceptive means to collect or attempt to collect any debt or to obtain information concerning a consumer.

    Gib,

That is the recording I get, but it usually only takes 30 seconds to a minute for someone to come on the line. Oh hum, I guess I have to switch to bitch mode. ;) I will try your way and see if works. I expect them to call between 1-2PM today. I just want these idiots to stop calling.
