do collectors have to be bonded in the state you live in? or is it the state they are based out of? or do they not have to be bonded at all? hehe I've got a place that is attempting to collect from me, they are located in Florida. But I am, and have always lived in Texas. they are bonded in Florida. thanks.
If you go to the state of Texas website, you can find that info. I hope it's not medclr or Marlin you have collections with.
i've got a marlin on there..but Im leaving that one alone as it falls off in a few months. this is for bonded coll. of largo. I've looked through the website and cannot locate specific info regarding collection agencies
