I need to find a Colorado lawyer (expert in FCRA/FDCPA rules) who can help negotiate a settlement for me. Does anyone have any names? Many thanks...

P.S. I am running out of time...so please help!

I use to live in colorado. We used a guy named Micheal Noyes. Sorry I don't remember his phone # but you could probably look it up. He is located on Colorado Blvd in or by the Cigna building. Sorry I don't remember more. He did ok for us but he wasn't great for getting things removed, just a lower payment.

Hey George, you gotta know some high powered lawyers for Susanna.

Anyone know where she could start looking for a competent lawyer without a referral (like the CO Bar assn etc...)

My lawyer is not a consumer lawyer, but he's a good negotiator...

Susanna, good move...especially if you know him/her and have worked with him/her in the past.

It is NOT like you NEED an expert in the FCRA since at this point you are in need of a good negotiator.

This lawyer may be perfect for you again especially since you are comfortable with them.

If they need advice on the FCRA, have them come here and post a question LOL .... after all, we have the FCRA experts here :))

David Szwak is one of the best fcra/ fdcpa attys in the nation. He practices in Western, Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana; Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas; the Fifth, Eighth and Eleventh Circuits in the United States Court of Appeals but will act as atty of record on any complaint... he'll work with a local atty and he's a pit bull.

Do a chronology of events and he'll want you to apply for local credit (local employees can be subpeona'd easier)...

Good move Marie...I knew someone knew the right attorney for the job...especially if they work with her local attorney it makes it a slam dunk.
