Colorado SOL Dispute

    Believe the lawyers. They know what they are talking about. Stop and think about it. It may be open ended but there is a written agreement involved every time a credit card is issued. Lawyers and judges alike all agree that the SOL for written agreements applies to credit card litigation.

    Hello....

    What happened with your case? Why would some lawyers state the SOL is 6 years?

    I have not been served on a debt that is 5 1/2 years old now, but it is only a matter of time before they do. Seems they have an urgency now that it is almost 6 years.

    Did I understand you to state that using this afirmative defense....the defendant won and did not have to pay the old debt?
