    does anyone know if this is possible?
    if so, what is the process or number to call?

    For Household, you can't combine a non-prime and a prime card. You can only combine prime/prime and non-prime/non-prime.

    do they ever upgrade sub-prime Orchard to a prime product?

    umm you can only combine non-prime to non-prime.

    prime-to-prime i've tried. no dice.
