I've have worked my way up the Household ladder...Orchard then Household gold now GM Mastercard. I was wondering if anyone had success combining ...in my case it would be a CL of 8k. Thx mark

I have heard several negative comments about Household but they have treated me very fairly. They sent a pre-approved Orchard app. to me when my FICO was in the low 500's..no annual fee and 9.9 apr. last DEC. In April I applied for MC gold with a 630... approved for 2000 CL. Last week I applied for the GM and was approved for $5000 CL....even with 3 derogs from 1996. I think the key is use your cards every month and pay in full which I have done. MY FICO is now 668. mark
