Did not get the blended mortgage I wanted, but I have in my hands a commitment letter for a 95% 30 year fixed at 5.625% and will be closing in March. I will be 2 years post BK *discharge* in two weeks and that's the magic date. BTW, my middle score was 710 - higher than myFico. whew!
