Well, I'm not gonna flame you, I'm stuck with Household and Crap One...I'm jealous.

I did get an "invitation to apply" from Chase today. File 13ed it.

It's the trash. But I hope in this case it really means shredder.

I guess GEORGE beat me to it while I was typing!

I don't know why the 13 either. Shouldn't be bad luck, should it?

Do you know why the answer is 42 then?

Read Douglas Adams's book "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" for the answer. 42 is the answer to life, the universe and everything. If you read the book (I think it's in that one, but it was a trilogy) you'll find out the question and why it's the answer. I've been a Douglas Adams fan for a while.

    Hedwig,

Do you think if we all had babble fish we'd be able to understand case law better? If we bring our towel to small claims court will the judge look at us funny?

I don't know about the babel fish--it just might help. Maybe if someone read us all these laws then we'd understand.

I keep a towel in my car at all times--a good hitchhiker never goes anywhere without it! (But I think you know that). Maybe if the judge thought we were crazy enough he'd grant our motions to get us out of there.
