Is there a fee associated with requesting the compliance date on an account when it is not listed on the report? Account is only reporting to one CRA so have nothing to even go by in that respect. Section 609 (f) (8) refers to reasonable fees, but not sure if its for a request for what I thought was required to be on reports. If there is a fee, anyone know approx what to expect to pay?
This subsection of the FCRA gives the CRAs permission to charge you for providing you with your credit score. I have never heard of a compliance date. Could you please elaborate?
