OK....When I go on some sites and click on a link or even try to cut and paste a word a link any thing it is not letting me do it.

So, I guess I have to issues
---access a link on a page

    ---trying to cut and paste

FYI...I have clicked these same links before and I have always been able to cut and paste.....

I sent my computer to my tech and he put me on as the administrator. Before he did that I could not download anything...it would always say that I was not the administrator.

So, is there an option that I need to enable or what????
I have no idea about the TECH side of the system.

What system are you using? XP?

XP has an option in Control Panel (Start - Settings - Control Panel - Users). From there you can see what users you have.

Another reason might be your settings, is your IE security settings too high? I doubt it's this problem but it doesn't hurt to check it out.

What I think the problem is itself is the site, if it works on one site but not another than it can't be your PC. I don't know of any problems that won't allow you to cut and paste (Next time try the shortcuts - Ctrl + c for copy, Ctrl + v for paste).

    Hope this helps...
