Confused..1st dispute w/ CRA or

    I have read a couple of different things here.

    #1 dispute w/ CRA 1st, next send debt validation ltr to CA or OC

    #2 send validation ltr to CA or OC and then dispute with CRA one week later

    Which is the best way and when I dispute with CRA, should I just list as not mine or how?
