I called today to get an updated report from Experian and they stated they do not send out updated reports. Is anyone familiar with this??? In the past I have received an updated report.
I used to get a fully updated report from Experian when they responded with results from an investigation (and updates were made). Now, however, I just get the resolution page as you did. I dunno what to say except that they used to, and now they do not...I wish they would but the printing and paper cost was probably huge. -Peace, Dave
I was wondering about this also, aren't they required to disclose evrything in the report or do you have to do that in a different way...
