Just called providians retention # and told the rep I that I like doing buisness with providian but I was dissapointed in the high apr and she said lets see what I can do. and she lowered it from 19.8 to 16.9%. And I just had a my apr lowered from 24 to 19.8 % in december.and my account is only 5 months old. I am very delighted.
Congradulations. Rolo - How large is your limit and what amount of a balance were you keeping on the card per month? Do you pay it off in full every month?
