    Go to http://www.edcombs.com/FSL5CS/Custom/TOCSpecial.asp

    They are looking for info on (amongst others) Asset acceptance, gulf state, sherman acq., arrow, coldata, rma, cavalry, nco and many more for violations of the FDCPA in regards to cc collections.

    Finding info on Camco & Gulf States ought to be a snap. They seem to be leaving elephant tracks all over credit and consumer sites trying to collect out of statute stuff.

    I hope that everyone that is having problems with any of these slugs, takes the 2 minutes time to email these lawyers.

    I had a problem with Asset but I got it removed. I did file complaints with the BBB and FTC. Are they interested in that or do they just want current problems?
