I think I have read in the past on this board that accounts that are in consumer disputes are not considered a part of the credit score.
hence if all your derogs are in consumer disputes, then essentially your FICO is raised during the investigation phase.
I tried to do a search for the past posts but could not come up with anything.
Could anyone please post their experience with this?
    Best regards,
    Dan
