I was cleaning my room to make space for my new Dell ;) and found an old rejection letter.

It said I was denied for having consumer finance trades on my credit report.

What on earth is that? A friend told me he thought it wa s a polite way of saying rip off credit card company.

    Well here's the thing!

My EQ report has Medclr, Unique Management, and a 1998 judgement from a local pizza company.

    So these obviously count?

From a pizza company? Huh? How does that happen?

I would think it would cost more than the pizza to try and collect!!!!!

Some arsehole who SAYS I wrote a bad check for $13 supposedly got a judgement against me for $85.

I was never served and didn't know of it until checking my credit reports in July 2001.

It also cannot be located in the court system.

If you ask me, I think he just told our local Equifax affiliate that. This guy has criminal connections (I knew his son) and is a bad person.

I am getting a lawyer friend to investigate this and possibly sue him and then Equifax.

Tell him you to give you the original check. Don't accept a copy. They can be altered!
