Im trying to get a letter of deletion sent to CSC (EQ affiliate), but it keeps going into a black hole. Does anyone know a 'nice' person there that can be contacted regarding this? I havent tried Equifax directly, but I'm sure they'll just say 'we don't control your file' as usual.
