Does anyone happen to have a reliable contact at USA Funds, prefereably either an executive or in the legal department? I faxed and mailed (CMRRR) a letter yesterday, but I am tired of dealing with their customer serviceless representatives...I swear if you ask them a question not covered in their little serviceless manuals, their internal cpus misfire or something...they start answering stuff that they know the answer to instead...
