Thank you I have been dealing with Kathy Beaty and have been getting the run around. Seems they dont care that they are reporting incorrect date and amounts as long as it shows paid. Trying to figure out how to approach this...

Yup they were great and gave me that one too. She keeps blowing me off and sending me to her assistant Kathy Beaty. They sent me CCRR bogus crap on having me supply documentation of residency for year I didnt have service stating OC requested. I talked to OC and they never requested that, but they wont ask them to delete and they dont care either that it is reporting incorrectly because they presumablly sent their update 3/99 and it is ca responsibility.
I just got a CRRR from them too. It's weird because on day 30 they deleted from one CR, but updated another to paid status. I don't want paid, I want deleted. It's technically unpaid, so that should be a violation, I would think. Reporting inaccurate. Though, I'm not going to argue w/ paid. I just sent them out the estoppel, and before they received it, I got the CRRR stating that the OC is searching their archives. Well, if they are searching, why bother deleting and marking it paid?? Very strange. G/L to you. Maybe they need a quick intent to sue! I just did a search on those on another thread, if it helps!

I finally went and got my small claims form...I faxed a copy of an intent to sue letter 10 days ago to the above fax number atten Sherry Beckham. Who would one send my final/last settlement letter with a copy of my form?? Also does anyone know the serving agent for Indiana...I called the Secretary of State and they gave me some weird company name and I cannot find them in information. He was leary when he gave it to me.
