So i am going to attempt to send a letter to all (3) credit bureau disputing certain addresses/phone numbers/collections.

Can you send all of these disputes in one letter or does it have to be seperate letters?

Is there a down fall to just starting off to Dv'ing everything and then trying to negotiate?

Separately. Get those old address deleted first. It should typically take anywhere from 1 day to a week to get it done. You can do this online and see quicker results, or mail them certified (otherwise you don't have proof the CRAs ever got it) and add 5-6 days to the process.

Yes. Do not run into this blindly. That's how people wind up getting sued with no recourse because they did not take the time to read the FCRA and FDCPA, and learn about SOL's and what to look for in their reports (comparison) and the proper sequence of events. UNLESS, you are in the position of paying all each account you just start off DV'ing, I suggest you do some reading, and post one account at a time without personal data, so we can help guide you.
