I asked for validation from a CA , went to estopple. I recieved an envelope today with medical bills but no signatures, contracts ect. At the end of the letter the CA asked for payment on all accounts. (there were 2 that wernt reported on CReports.) I interpret this to be a violation and continued collection activity during the period of validation. What does anyone think?
