Hi, Oxford Collection agency is listing an account on my CR.
It first showed up on Equifax only back in 11/04. I had never received anything in the mail from them. So I sent them a validation letter and they have NEVER responded. I also disputed it with Equifax at the same time I sent DV letter to them. It was deleted from equifax on 1/3/04. I pulled my report today and it now shows up on Experian. It wasn't there on fridays report or saturdays. So is this considered continued collection now since they have been asked for validation and haven't provided me with it? I am going to dispute it with Experian. Should I send the CA some kind of letter first and then dispute or just dispute it right away? Thanks.

PS. They never marked it as disputed when they got my dispute/validation request letter.

Did you elect to send a second letter requesting DV?
