Interesting, no preset spending limit and an $85 per year fee. Kind of like a cross between AmEx Green, AmEx Blue, and Citi Platinum Select. Doc
OK here's the scoop. ANY Citi card can be switched to this. As I am wary of flying right now, I switched tonight. I got no annual fee and prime plus 3.99, typical is $85 annual fee and prime plus 7.99 Sounds like a good move for Citibank!
