Is there anything in the FCRA or FCBA that requires an OC to send you a copy of your loan agreement when you request is? Or is there any other law out there that mandates this? Thanks.

If you do a search on this list for "validation" you'll get tons of info on this.

    Good luck.

Original Creditors are NOT required to validate so validation won't work here.
I was just wondering if under the FCBA or something if a company has to send you a copy of your loan agreement if you request it.

So to get a copy of my loan agreement I would have to file suit against them?

They never take it off the report when we make it right so why should we take it off the docket when they do??
    Or just threaten to.
