    hi,
I am trying to copy my privacy guard reports but haven't been able to figure out how except printing it all out and that would be 15 pages or more.
I want to make a copy each day.Does anyone know a way to copy and save the whole report on my computer?
I did a search but couldn't find anything.
    thanks

thanks but I have tried that and can't seem to get whole report. What I do get is jumbled.
I am trying to use word and I can"t figure out how to place it so the whole report shows up and makes sense.
I thought I saw a different way posted here before.....but will keep trying this.

tried both but didn't work for me however it gave me an idea that did work.
I copied and pasted it into an email and sent it to myself and it looks perfect.

    Download this free program.

    http://www.pdf995.com/

It will add PDF as a printing option.

When you are viewing your report at PG just chose print, then select the virtual pdf printer. It will save it just like you see it.

You will need the free adobe acrobat viewer to view it.

    • Well, I do this:
      • - Right mouse click on "View Full Report"
        - Click on "Open in a new window", so I can see the whole report
        - Save the file (File, Save As) as 2004-Jan-18.html
        - Open 2004-Jan-18.html in the browser ...

Works fine for me, I can see it, print it, take it with me, even make a link to it ... :)
