Have a $90 beef w/Fleet from six years ago that has showed up in an NCPS report. I'm thinking about paying it, just to get it cleared up. NCPS has told me they won't remove it from the report, but I figure it's the right thing to do and I may have to deal w/Fleet at some point in the future. Also, getting doc on this may allow me to open the account at the credit union where I applied and found out about this report - it does not show on chexsystems. I am concerned that if I pay it, it might show up on my credit report or perhaps chexsystems. Anyone have any info on this?
