Question #1 I pulled my credit report and there are three medical collections. I want to pay these but I also want them removed from credit report. What are my options? Question #2 I disputed the BAL. with 2CRA's on a First USA acct. Received a letter from First USA that says they are unable to clearly determine your responsibilty for the account. Therefore, we informed the CRA's that the account should be reported as disputed on your credit file pending further investigation. This account was settled with a CA working for First USA (verbally) for the amont of debt minus late fees and charges. I held up my end of the bargain they didn't. Account was charged off and sold. It is now well past SOL. I just want it off my credit report any idea's on what I do now??? brebadc
