I received a message on my answering machine while vacationing in Costa Rica from Country Capital Bank. They called and provided me a pre-approved code and an 800 number. Has anybody ever heard of them? Thanks. Also, how is direct merchants bank? I called today and my card will be processed tomorrow. Also, Cap One seems to be the best....I used to have a secured...now I have a gold and one from their wcw.com (World Championship Wrestling) with a guy on front of the MC. I have three cards from them....visa and 2 Mastercards. I love Cap One.
