The person for whom a Countrywide goodwill worked, please stand up. The situation: mortgage on a house, divorce proceedings, ex takes a check for Countrywide and deposits it in own bank account, payment doesn't hit CW, 1x30 late. Is there ANY hope of a Countrywide goodwill or should we just wait another 5 years for it to fall off? PawMix
