I don't know how to read these. They came regular mail, not certified or return receipt. It's from a lawyer, representing First North American National Bank. Appears to be filed in Superior Court, CA County Of LA. Near Case # it says PROOF OF SERVICE OF NOTICE OF CASE MANAGEMENT REVIEW ON second page it says NOTICE OF CASE MANAGEMENT REVIEW- LIMITED CIVIL Then down below it says NO APPEARANCE NECESSARY Something about reviewing matters with all parties no later than 30 days before the review date of 01/08/03 Then, a completed case management statement must be filed at least 15 calender days prior to the case review. The court may impose sanctions (including dismissal of the case), striking of the answer and payment of money for failure to file the case management statement or participate in the review. Ok what do we do now. WE are not filing bankruptcy til after we receive our tax returns next year (Feb) Thanks for any help
Call the clerk of court and ask what it is on Monday. Probably one of the legal types on here can give you more of an answer, just sit tight.
