CR After BK7 Discharge

    I just received my discharge and also received a copy of my cr.I reaffirmed my car lease have never been late on payments for 33 months.On the cr report it states:Icluded in bankruptcy.With no credit history for those 33 months of on time payments.Can anything be done about this to show my perfect history? Thanks

    if you reaffirmed, it should update eventually.

    Send a letter to the finance company stating that they need to send a credit bureau correction to all 3 majors stating that you did in fact REAFFIRM it. They sometimes conveniently forget, as did 3 different banks on loans I reaf'd during my BK.

    Read this post I replied to earlier today; someone else on here had the same problem. Read my replaies as they are common for BK's....OC's can be devious :(
