Re: Re: CR refuses to investigate dispute I called Equifax to ask how can they claim my disputes were validated when my last name and addresses is completely wrong. 1*I was informed by the CSR I spoke with that they would remove the incorrect name and addresses but would NOT re-investiage my disputes. Brytani ================= So they're going to make the debt yours simply by taking the other name and addresses off of the account. Re: Re: Re: CR refuses to investigate dispute -YES YES YES!!! 100% -THAT is what I was talking about! -If you add tooooo much info to the pot, then there is also TOOOO many exuses and ways to get out of violations from the CRA's point of few. -Like the saying, "only ask questions that you already know the answer to." -If you want to take a giant down, go for the ankles, then no matter how tall the giant is, the ankles are the lowest common denominator. -Eliminate excuses, and make them stick to one story
