    Hi Folks:

First, thank you for all the insight I have gotten on this forum. It is awesome.

Need some guidance here. I am in the process of purchasing a home (hopefully) and have run into a problem. I have been told that the lender ran a cr and could only pull 1 out of the 3 cra's. I was told that because of lack of recent active credit, they could not get a score.

When I spoke with one of the cra (exp), they told me that they should be able to pull since we do have a score. The other (tu) never pulls, although I have been verbally told there is a score.

Has anyone ever come across this problem and how did you handle it?

    Thank you.

Have you run your PG? I'd take a look at that and see what it says if you haven't.

There are some lenders that will take one score or no score. Ya pay for it though :) What is your score? Are you buying by yourself? Is there someone that can "lend you a tradeline"?

How does one lend you a tradeline?

Say your mom has a good trade line (over 2,500 and 2 years old) they add you as a user...itt will report like you have had it the whole time. You can also add tradelines like cell phones, utilities (providing they were good lines).
