I am trying everything before having to file in court, I really do not want to do this, specifically because of time involvment. Has anyone complained to the AG for Equifax and had any success?
Never mind, I spoke to Eq just now and they said that the fax they had received was in line for processing, was acceptable and the item would be deleted by 5/26. Whew! Fits in with my timeline of housebuying...
