can a CRA continue to report a TL that was included in BK? it is my understanding that only the BK filing itself should appear.
I don't know much about BK, but I am pretty sure I read somewhere that only the BK is suppose to show........and I've seen alot of people have problems with tradelines showing up after they filed.
Mine was 8 years ago, I sent a copy of the listing of discharged debt (the creditors I filed against) to the CRA's and they were all deleted after that. Nothing else seemed to work.
