I am asking for everyone's opinion on this. What is the maximum number of disputes I should have going at any given time with one CRA? I really need to attack my TU report (it is 10x worse than all the others combined) but don't want to have my report 'red flagged' or anything.

    Thanks.

You should only dispute 3 or 4 items at any one time. Otherwise, you could be labeled by the CRA as someone who is just trying to delete all the derogatory information in his/her report.

    So what's wrong with that.?
Why should the lies be on your report?

Okay that is what I will do then. I was going to send validations to a lot of the CAs (most of which I have NEVER heard of before) but I'm going to try to dispute first, then validate.

If I validate now, they will have my address, etc which I know none of them have as I have never received any correspondence from most of them before.

    Thanks.

I did quite a few my FIRST go at this after my bk. I had pretty good luck with all 3 cra's too.

I think if you KEEP ON doing several they could see that as frivolous. I stick to a few at a time now.
