Filed BK in 3/2005 Discharged 6/22/2005 Did not find all these different sites were here to help until after I disputed the CRAs. I disputed items to be IIB. Some have been and some have not been changed. Stupid move because Exp and EQ did not have BK listed. They listed a dismissed BK that the attorney's secretary erroneously listed in wrong court and had dismissed and then listed in right court. Printout from Pacer says Dismissed, Duplicate Filing. TU has both BKs listed. Correct BK has my husband's name spelled wrong. Judge had to see driver's license and unfortunately it has wrong spelling too. Did not tell judge the name was wrong on Driver's license too. Actually hadn't noticed it was spelled wrong. The name is Antony. Very few people spell it right. They spell it Anthony. That is the way it is spelled on my driver's license, TU and EQ. Exp has it right. Spelled on BK as Antoney. Judge said to correct it. Could find no documentation on Pacer as to change being made or amended. After, disputing EQ accounts as IIB, they corrected most of them and added the second BK. They did delete two IIB accounts which were originally legitimate. Since I have already disputed as IIB, can I wait a while and go back and dispute them as not mine? Exp has 7 different dates on the accounts as the BK date and none of them are the right one. Some of them just say, "Filed Chapter 7 BK on Oct 19, 2005." Plus they use 6 other dates. Doesn't this make the listing wrong? Thanks for the info.
