Over three years ago I successfully fought MBNA's efforts to confirm arbitration awards against me. Later BoA bought MBNA. My MBNA listings dropped off my credit reports, and they were replaced by BoA's negative listings. BoA finally sold my debts to a JDB, who I successfully fought off. They did however get the MBNA listings back on one of my credit reports. So now I have both BoA and MBNA reporting the same debt on one of the CRA's listings.
I wrote that CRA stating that was a duplication. They wrote back saying in effect, too bad, you have admitted to the debt.
I think if I word my dispute letter to the CRA differently, I can get MBNA off my report. Any thoughts?

Dispute the MNBA entry as "not mine".
