    hi all,

was hoping someone here would know if there are time limitations for the CRA to correct THEIR OWN errors.

I am not talking about the standard 30 day dispute / investigation process.

ex. OC reports acct data to CRA ,
CRA screws up and inputs data incorrectly
Consumer notifies CRA via fax with letter from OC showing data is inaccurate.

what is the time limitations on this?

You can submit your CRA complaint thru FTC, who will forward it. I don't know what FTC will do other than track CRA responsiveness, but if the CRA repeatedly fails to correct, this would seem in order, and might get attention from the CRA thru a different path.
