Was is *really* Experian or one of their affiliate bureaus?

In Florida, their affiliate is Credit Data Services. Their number (for people who have an actual report in hand) is 1-800-329-9200. Never can I get through on the 800# because it gives no option to speak to a live person. The message keeps repeating!
Funny thing is when I called the Orlando (407) area code #, I get a live person in about 5-10 minutes.

Since I loathe Experian with a passion, I think I'll call the FTC @ 1-877-382-4357, option 5 on Monday and complain to them. Would a few thousand of you care to join me in complaining? It might actually do some good :)

The extended hours just gives them more of an opportunity to not do their jobs... :)

More than likely they are ramping up the office hours in preparation for FACTA disputes to come in when everyone gets their free annual report in December. :)
