Does anyone have all three CRA Dispute Fax #s? I want to fax in my dispute along with supplemental information which should assist in the dispute (Three accounts were taken off of my EQ report, but not my TU or EX rpts- I am going to fax my dispute and my EQ report to show these items have been taken off. Essentially, the accounts were opened before I turned 18, and you can not legally enter into a contract before you are 18 years old). Thank you!
Being under 18 is not a challenge with the credit reporting agency but with the creditor themselves. I too opened credit before I was 18. You might wanna be extra careful because they can prosecute if they choose regardless of what your age is. There are many other ways to challenge the accounts without claiming you were under age. You might want to reconsider your actions as they might cause you more harm than good. Just my $.02
