Question - When would it be most advisable to take advantage of the Xmas/New Years holidays: Fit the 1st 30 day letter window around Xmas/New Years OR use the 2nd 15 day letter window for Xmas/New Years? Which is better to hopefully not get response that you can go straight to ITS?
